Based in Chatsworth, CA, our team of licensed and certified mold inspectors has served the greater Los Angeles area and Southern California for over 18 years. We specialize in residential mold inspections, commercial air quality testing, post-remediation verification, and moisture monitoring.
Every inspection is performed by certified professionals using calibrated thermal imaging cameras, moisture meters, and air sampling equipment. Our samples are analyzed by accredited third-party laboratories — never in-house — so you get results you can act on, share with your doctor, or present to your insurance company.
